ÖNCEL CNC RETURN POLICY
At ÖNCEL CNC, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Our return and exchange process is subject to the following conditions:
1. Return Conditions
A return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and complete with all accessories.
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.
For products damaged during shipping, the damage must be documented at the time of delivery, and a report must be prepared.
2. Return Process
Submit your return request via email at info@oncelcnc.com or contact your sales representative.
Once approved, send the product along with the invoice to the designated address.
After inspection, you will be notified within 5 business days whether the return is accepted.
Approved returns will be refunded or exchanged within 7 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Used, assembled, or damaged products
Custom-made machines or parts
Promotional or discounted special orders
4. Shipping Costs
If the product was sent incorrectly or damaged, ÖNCEL CNC will cover the shipping cost.
In all other cases, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
